We are seeking Cold End Robot Operator based in our Byhalia, MS manufacturing facility (4594 Cayce Road). The position is scheduled from 5PM-5AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Your Future Team In this role, you'll operate and monitor the Unit Load robot and related equipment, ensuring materials move safely and consistently through the production line. You'll keep operations running smoothly, support product transitions, and communicate equipment issues quickly to maintain workflow efficiency. Working closely with the Lead Hand, Supervisor, and cross-functional teams, you'll share shift updates, report unusual conditions, and ensure seamless handovers—making you a critical part of our production success. Compensation $21/hour, plus annual performance bonus based on factory-wide key performance indicators.
