About the Role: The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, on-time, quality production within budget. This role manages resources, scheduling, equipment, and compliance while leading a high-performance production team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production Manager oversees a team of Production Supervisors and an organization of 80+ employees.  What We’re Looking For: Bachelors degree from an accredited university preferred 5+ years’ progressive leadership experience in a continuous flow manufacturing or industrial environment.
