What you’ll be part of: Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder. What you’ll be responsible for: As a member of the Strategy, Communications, and Policy team, you will be the operational backbone of Circle’s external engagements and manage day-to-day partner and platform relationships across Asia Pacific and beyond. You will help set the standard for how Circle shows up externally, making sure every voice on a stage is prepared, on message, and aligned with our strategic positioning. You will also build and manage regional partnerships and events, including our relationship with GFTN, to deepen Circle’s presence with regulators, financial institutions, and industry bodies. What you’ll work on: Produce regional events across APAC and help secure speaking and earned platforms for Circle’s senior executives and the Strategy, Policy, and Communications team, putting Circle in front of the region’s regulators, financial institutions, and industry leaders. Manage Circle’s APAC partnerships, including GFTN, industry associations, universities, and think tanks, turning relationships into a deeper, more trusted presence. Provide Circle’s speakers with prep, approved messaging, and post-event feedback so every voice on stage is prepared, on message, and aligned with our strategic positioning. Maintain Circle’s speaking program, from triaging inbound requests to keeping an accurate system of record and messaging library, so Circle says yes to the right stages and shows up consistently. Collaborate with Marketing and Legal on the post-event content pipeline, from highlight clips to social drafts, extending the reach of every appearance. Manage budgets, contracts, and renewals for vendors and partners. Provide executive support to the Senior Director of Strategic Positioning, from partner briefs to pipeline tracking and follow-ups. Collaborate with US-based colleagues through a follow-the-sun model. What you’ll bring to Circle: Core Requirements: 4+ years of experience in communications, policy, partnerships, or program management, ideally in financial services or digital assets. Experience producing events or speaker programs, and managing budgets and vendor contracts. Strong judgment and the ability to prepare crisp, accurate briefs for senior executives. Confidence to work with senior executives and earn their trust. Fluency with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and prompt development, including agentic workflows. Preferred Requirements: Established network in APAC fintech or policy circles, or the ability to build one quickly. Experience coordinating across time zones with Marketing, Legal, and business teams. Experience/familiarity with Slack, macOS, and Google Workspace. Additional Information: This role may require up to 30% travel. Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages. Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations. We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status, or any other protected status required by the laws in the locations where we hire. Additionally, Circle participates in the E-Verify Program in certain locations, as required by law. Should you require accommodations or assistance in our interview process because of a disability, please reach out to [email protected] for support. We respect your privacy and will connect with you separately from our interview process to accommodate your needs. #LI-Remote Circle believes in a future where digital dollars work securely around the world to create a more prosperous global economy for everyone. To accomplish this, we created USDC, a digital currency backed by the US dollar and always redeemable 1:1. We work closely with regulators to ensure our digital dollar guides and surpasses the standards for stablecoins. By doing this, USDC has the potential to change how money moves around the world. Our values of Multistakeholder, Mindful, Driven by excellence, and High integrity drive us to succeed. Valuing our employees as stakeholders is about creating an environment where people can thrive and grow, be challenged and learn constantly – an environment that thrives on diversity by drawing competitive strength from within. Employees take pride in Circle’s culture and values. That’s why community members from around the world say we’re a top place to work.
