Data-Driven Strategy & Campaign Optimization: Partner closely with product and marketing teams to identify sales, acquisition, customer retention, and cross-sell opportunities through tailored marketing analytics. Understand and articulate the end-to-end processes and components of Leads, Channel, and Campaign Management. Business Insights & Leadership Support: Translate raw data into executive-ready summaries and deliver high-impact business insights that empower leadership to refine overall strategy. Strategic Alignment: Ensure all analytics initiatives directly align with the Division’s and Bank’s overall strategic intents and annual financial goals. Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science roles, with a strong focus on business analysis. Technical Skills:Strong programming proficiency in SQL and Python (SAS or R is a plus).Demonstrated familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience with campaign management systems and leads management data flows. Soft Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical data teams and business stakeholders.Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering insights that directly influence decision-making.
