Responsibilities: Capable of handling Customer service requests. Scrutinize estimates and provide approvals for service & repairs to workshop. Coordinate with insurance Co. & workshop for accident management. Provide Customers with technical information for the upkeep of the vehicle. To proactively design measures / processes to enhance Customer experience. Ensure coordination between all departments with regards to payment of invoices to dealers. Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship with vendors. To ensure approval cost well within the budgets. To actively participate with team in projects related to CSD. Requirements: Diploma/ Graduate (Automobile) 2-4 years of experience for TSA in service in Automobile sector Core technical (automobiles & repair process) Negotiation skills Verbal and written communication skills Listening skills Problem analysis and problem solving Customer centric approach Team player Fluent in English & spoken Hindi Basic Computer Knowledge Why Ayvens?
