About the Role Support HRIT operations by delivering simple system configuration changes, testing activities, documentation, data-related tasks, and AI-assisted initiatives while building foundational expertise in HR technology and digital solutions. Perform simple system configuration changes and support system enhancements under supervision. Execute testing, validation, and quality assurance activities, including AI-assisted testing. Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Perform data validation, quality checks, reporting, and other data-related activities. Support AI initiatives through knowledge management, automation support, and bot performance monitoring. Collaborate with HRIT team members and stakeholders to support project delivery and operational requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and operational excellence. Demonstrate accountability, quality, and a continuous learning mindset, with the opportunity to be considered for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Requirements: University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline. Has experience in Java Programming is an added advantage Possess good analytical, communication, presentation and soft skills Able to write clearly and concisely Able to work extended hours when necessary Possess personal attributes such as maturity, interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative, self-motivation Able to manage priorities and tasks and time efficiently Keen to learn, a team player and have good working attitude Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
