Why Lead the Team As a Medical Director, practice medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital Support provided in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more Fast-paced, collaborative practice with credentialed technicians, veterinary assistants, and client service representatives We are looking for a confident, skilled veterinarian passionate about high-quality medicine, skilled in surgery, and comfortable managing urgent care cases in a fast-paced veterinary environment. Our well-equipped hospital features digital radiography, dental radiography, and a dedicated dental suite. We also collaborate with visiting radiology and cardiology specialists who provide advanced diagnostic services, including ultrasound and cardiac evaluations, right here in our hospital. Ultrasound on-site and a top-rated surgical laser. The ideal candidate will bring strong surgical proficiency, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to efficiently assess and treat sick and urgent-care patients. We value a veterinarian who can confidently manage a diverse caseload, support the medical team's development, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continued learning. As Medical Director, you will shape the hospital's medical direction and quality of care, mentor and develop your team, and continue practicing medicine while enjoying the autonomy of leadership.
