You will: Supervise, train, and counsel Ambassadors Perform the job duties you’re supervising Maintain a clean and safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies Assist leadership with supervision of planning, directing, and organizational needs of the department with a focus in Catering, Special Events and Consumer Events & Festivals Respond to guest and team member needs Assists leadership with employees scheduling, training, food ordering and equipment What it takes to succeed: At least 18 years of age At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry or similar high volume leadership capacity Able to lead and develop ambassadors in daily job task A role model for SEA safety, guest service, attendance, cleanliness and wardrobe standards Able to work with and lead ambassadors in areas that sell and serve alcohol. A valid Driver’s license and ability to meet company driving guidelines preferred Able to complete a Food Safety Manager certification and pass the exam Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis. Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout work shift Frequent bending from waist to floor, kneeling, squatting, simple hand grasping work and fine hand manipulation (computer work/typing, writing).
