Job Summary: The Program IT Manager leads a multidisciplinary team of Program IT Systems Engineers, System Administrators, and Network Engineers responsible for designing, operating, and securing mission critical infrastructure across the program lifecycle. Position Responsibilities: Build, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Systems engineers, System Administrators, and Network Engineers; conduct capacity planning, skills development, and succession planning. Define operating norms, SLAs, and engineering standards. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement Use expert-level configuration, administration and optimization of hosts and servers to ensure high availability of infrastructure and systems. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system engineering tasks. Work with EGSE REAs and CAMs to develop schedules, labor profiles, and costing information.
