Product Acceptance Specialist (Product Acceptance) Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist to join their team in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Position Responsibilities: Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance. Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification. Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts, components, and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings, specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing plans Physical ability to stand for duration of a shift; able to lift, carry, move and manipulate a large volume and variety of parts Willing to work variable shifts; including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Associate’s degree or higher 1+ years of experience identifying, root cause analysis and corrective actions 1+ years of experience working in a cross functional work environment 1+ years of experience in a formal or informal team leadership role Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
