What You'll Be Doing Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient plant operations. Process and maintain production, inventory, and shipping documentation accurately and timely. Coordinate communications between plant personnel, vendors, customers, and corporate departments. Prepare reports, enter data, and maintain records in company systems with a high level of accuracy. Support plant leadership with scheduling, purchasing, billing, and other operational activities as needed. What Are We Looking For Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping and data entry. Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new business systems and processes. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Must be authorized to work in the United States and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
