Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ 1. Objetivo del puesto: Liderar y administrar las operaciones del área de producción, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de Seguridad, Calidad, Entrega, Costo y Productividad, mediante una ejecución efectiva del plan diario de producción, el desarrollo y compromiso del personal y el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos. La posición está orientada a procesos de manufactura con alta participación de mano de obra y tiene como objetivo impulsar la mejora continua, Lean Manufacturing, Trabajo Estandarizado y eliminación de desperdicios, contribuyendo a mejorar la productividad, calidad y posición de costos de la compañía. 2. Objetivos principales: - Cumplir con el plan de producción y ventas asignado. -Alcanzar 100% de OTD para clientes críticos. Mantener al menos 90% de OTD general. -Cumplir con la meta establecida de Scrap. Alcanzar los objetivos de productividad y eficiencia del área. -Cumplir con los objetivos de seguridad y calidad. Mantener los gastos del departamento dentro de los objetivos establecidos. -Desarrollar las habilidades y polivalencia del personal. Generar mejoras sostenibles en productividad, calidad, costos y procesos. 3. Perfil del puesto - Escolaridad Requerida: Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Manufactura, Producción o carrera afín. -Experiencia 3 a 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de supervisión de producción. -Experiencia liderando personal operativo. Preferentemente experiencia en industria metalmecánica o manufactura. -Deseable experiencia en procesos con alta participación de mano de obra. -Experiencia trabajando bajo indicadores de producción, calidad, entrega y costos. 4. Conocimientos técnicos Requeridos - Lean Manufacturing. -5S. -Trabajo Estandarizado. -Eliminación de desperdicios. -Solución estructurada de problemas. -Manejo de indicadores de producción. -Administración de personal operativo. -Conceptos de seguridad industrial / EHS. -Control de Scrap y calidad. -Matriz de habilidades. - Preferentes World Class Manufacturing (WCM) o sistema equivalente de excelencia operacional. RBS o sistema equivalente de mejora continua. -5 Why / análisis de causa raíz. -Manejo de SAP. -Excel para análisis y seguimiento de KPI. -Idioma Inglés: deseable.
