The BMW Genius serves as a product and technology expert, helping customers understand and enjoy all the features their BMW has to offer. This role supports customers throughout the sales and delivery experience while providing exceptional service before and after purchase. What will you do? Educate customers on BMW products, features, and technology Assist with vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and deliveries Explain features including navigation, Bluetooth, personal settings, warranty, roadside assistance, and maintenance Support Sales Consultants throughout the customer experience Ensure vehicles are prepared for a seamless delivery Follow up with customers after purchase to answer questions and ensure satisfaction Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMW products and technology Introduce customers to the Service team and assist with initial service needs What are we looking for? 2+ years of customer service experience preferred Strong enthusiasm for BMW, automotive technology, and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented Ability to learn and clearly explain vehicle features and technology Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record Luxury brand, product, or marketing experience preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required #LI-JV1 At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
