What You'll do As an RN Manager, you will blend clinical expertise with leadership to guide a high-performing interdisciplinary team. Current Basic Life Support Certification. One year of recent leadership experience in hospice, oncology, medical/surgical, or home health, public/health, geriatric care experience preferred. Expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques. Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
