We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern interested in global trade and supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Support continuous improvement projects across operations—employ Lean/Six Sigma tools to analyze and optimize workflows, minimize waste, and enhance efficiency.
- Collect and analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements; track results using relevant KPIs.
- Strengthen compliance and ethics, liaising with internal teams and external partners (factories, suppliers) to uphold standards and promote responsible practices.
- Develop standardized procedures and dashboards to monitor progress, ensure consistency, and facilitate performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, IT, and customer service departments to drive synergy and effective implementation.
- Support change management efforts through communication, training, and support of continuous improvement initiatives.

Specific
- Solid foundational understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.

- Highly team-oriented, adaptable, and ethical; keen to support compliance and collaborative improvement in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in developing standard operating procedures and visualization tools like dashboards to support performance measurement and reporting.
