About the role This isn’t your typical Business Development role. Most graduates spend years trying to get in front of CEOs. Here, that’s Monday morning. The people you’ll speak to don’t need to take your call. Your job is giving them a reason to. You’ll spend your time speaking with founders, owners and senior executives across financial services, building relationships and creating conversations that most people at your stage of their career simply wouldn’t have access to. New hires and people pursuing the account executive route are required to be in office 6 days a week. Working hours are US-based, 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday, 11am-2pm Saturday (training).
