The Opportunity This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll be a Founding BDR of Corgi's Orem office. You’ll help shape its culture, its playbook, and its early wins. If you want the upside of startup ownership with the backing of a company that's already proven its model at scale, this is it. What You'll Do Make high-volume outbound calls and outreach to startup founders, operators, and finance leaders. Qualify outbound leads and move them through the top of the sales funnel. Own your CRM hygiene — accurate notes, next steps, and follow-through on every deal in your pipeline. Partner closely with Account Executives and underwriting to hand off qualified opportunities. Hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets. What We're Looking For Competitive drive and a track record of hitting quota. Strong verbal and written communication skills; you're comfortable picking up the phone and getting told "no". Coachability and a genuine desire to improve quickly. Comfort within a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. This is NOT a basic 9-to-5. No prior insurance experience required. We'll train you on the product and the industry.
