Principais atividades: Administração de Pessoal: Atuar na administração de pessoal respondendo por atividades relacionadas a admissão/integração de novos associados e suporte com férias e folha de pagamento; Atuar nas rotinas de desligamentos, envio de documentos e informações para agendamento de homologações junto ao sindicato acompanhando em homologações e reuniões; Benefícios - Atuar na concessão de benefícios e serviços voltados à Saúde, Alimentação, Transporte, Seguro de Vida, Academia, Farmacia, GSIP e Previdência Privada, através da intermediação e do relacionamento com os provedores desses planos, para manter o melhor atendimento junto aos associados da empresa; Gestão da ferramenta do GSIP - Compra e Venda de ações da CIA; Requisições de compras e pedido para a área de Recursos Humanos e controle de ordens de compra (PO); Suportar e garantir acuracidade, junto à área de Finanças - em relação à conciliação contábil dos benefícios sob a sua responsabilidade; Analisar cláusulas sindicais (econômicas e sociais) a fim de garantir acuracidade nos processos sob a sua responsabilidade; Atualizar métricas mensais relacionados à posição.
