Job Description: Develop and maintain Java-based applications in support of PCI compliance and vulnerability prevention. Projects include: Expand the integration of Okta in Sabre for migration. Migrate applications from java 8 to 11 and 17. Implement SAML2 migration for Sigle Sigh on. Remove vulnerabilities from application detected in Veracode. Serve as a consultant/advisor for other application developers on the team Skills needed: Possess skills in any of the automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python Experience in Java – backend (SOAP, REST) Commanding knowledge of Linux and Bash scripting Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift) Experience with CI&CD (Jenkins, Maven, GIT) Junit, Mockito, Spock, Groovy or other testing tools / frameworks Good communication skills in English, written and verbal Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle management (Agile/SCRUM methodology) Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,400 - $156,800. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
