Job Description: The main tasks are related to the management of administrative documentation relating to calls for tenders of Public Administrations in the ICT sector. The role includes: Study and analysis of calls for tenders and related administrative and technical specifications; Verification of the required participation requirements; Preparation, in agreement with other company functions, of the administrative documentation necessary for participation in the Call for Tenders (RTI, company certifications, endorsements, etc.); Preparation of the documentation necessary for the presentation of the technical and economic offer on the basis of the documents of the appropriate functions; Participation in official sessions of openings of documentation and offers; Preparation of documentation necessary for the drafting of appeals; Preparation of tender declarations justifications and supporting documentation. Request for surety policies through the company functions in charge; Search within the company for references to meet the participation requirements Archiving management of all tender documentation; Involvement in some of the post-award activities of the Tender.
