He Mahi Hei Whakamanawa i te Ngākau – Join us in a Legacy of Care
We are recruiting for experienced Nurses and Paramedics to start in January 2027!

Join our Healthline team at Whakarongorau Aotearoa and use your clinical expertise and cultural strengths to uplift hauora and wellbeing across Aotearoa. We blend clinical excellence, digital innovation, and cultural depth to create a unified korowai of care, welcoming your journey as part of our transformative mahi.

Through Healthline and our dedicated Māori pathway, we provide 24/7 health navigation and advice, supporting people nationwide. Our team provides essential support whenever it is needed; therefore, the successful candidate will be able to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and nights.

We’re recruiting experienced Registered Nurses and Registered Paramedics to join a kaupapa where your skills, lived experience, and cultural identity are respected, valued, and can make a real difference. Apply now for our January 2027 intake!

Our Kaupapa:

  • Be part of transformation: Our organisation is committed to equity, cultural integrity, and honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Your mahi will directly contribute to better health outcomes for all communities.
  • Whakawhanaungatanga: We know that real change begins with our connection.
  • Culturally safe, responsive care: Healthline offers a dedicated service where whānau can connect with clinicians who prioritise whānau-centred support and uphold cultural safety.
  • Supportive whānau: You’ll join a team where clinicians are already leading the way, supported by clinical leadership, coaching, and a whānau of kaimahi who uplift each other.
  • Flexible work options: Remote or office-based, full-time or part-time, flexible or fixed rostering.

What to expect

  • A whānau of kaimahi who uplift each other
  • Supportive clinical leadership and coaching
  • Flexible work options (remote or office-based)
  • A place where your mahi contributes to real change for communities across Aotearoa
  • If you whakapapa Māori, we would love for you to be part of our Māori pathway roopu

What you bring

  • Registered Nurses or Registered Paramedics with a current APC
  • Lived experience and a deep understanding of diverse communities in Aotearoa
  • Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and holistic models of wellbeing
  • Minimum 1–3 years (or more) clinical experience, ideally in acute and primary care with triage and assessment skills
  • Willingness to engage with tikanga

We’re proud of our kaimahi who bring clinical excellence and cultural depth. Their stories are powerful. Their mahi is transformative. And their presence is helping thousands of whānau feel seen, heard, and supported.
