Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, completing basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You’ll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy fast-food business.
Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:
- Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
- You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
- ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
Benefits
These are just some of the benefits that come with working at GYG:
- Flexible work hours and employment stability

- Heavily discounted GYG meals
- Comprehensive training and support to set you up for success
- Crew team building activities and competitions
- Cultural celebrations – Day of the Dead and Cinco de Mayo
- Opportunities for advancing your leadership abilities – level up to a Shift Leader and beyond
