Ensure accurate posting of ACH, wire transfers, checks, and remittance information Monitor unapplied cash and ensure prompt investigation and resolution Support AR Subledger to GL reconciliation processes and month-end close requirements OTC Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Manage day-to-day Order to Cash process including Customer Master, Order Management, Billing Collections, Cash Application, and Dispute Management & Reporting Ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets including quality and Productivity Conduct regular governance calls, service reviews, and business updates.
