Role Overview
As an RN in our outpatient department, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. Your expertise will directly impact patient health, and you will engage in effective patient teaching to empower individuals in their care journey.

What You Will Do
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Demonstrate a direct relationship between nursing interventions and patient outcomes.
- Engage in effective patient teaching to support patient understanding and self-care.
- Complete required HFHS training courses for registration, appointment scheduling, and charge entry systems.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Completion of HFHS training courses for operation of registrations, appointment scheduling, charge entry computer systems, and other Patient Financial Subsystems.
- 1-3 months of on-the-job training.
