Join us in playing a special role in the future of aged care. About the role This is a true end-to-end recruitment role where you will partner closely with leaders in our homes in Melbourne West. In this role you will manage a portfolio of homes and lead the implementation of our recruitment strategy and ensure processes and compliance are adhered to. This role will include posting job ads, proactive sourcing, managing campaigns, phone screen interviews, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, background/reference checks, managing job offers and contracts. You will also be involved in recruitment open days and careers expos. We are looking for someone who has: Significant recruitment experience. High volume recruitment experience is desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated experience managing recruitment projects and campaigns. A strong work ethic and drive to deliver exceptional customer experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with current technology (including MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems – we use Workday).
