Kalibre pres operatörü, önceden preslenmiş ve sinterlenmiş parçaların ölçüsel doğruluğunu sağlamakla sorumludur. Parçaların istenen toleranslarda olmasını temin eder. Job Description: Pres makinelerini kullanarak kalibre parçalarının istenen ölçü ve şekillerde preslenmesini sağlamak. Üretilen parçaların kalite standartlarına uygunluğunu kontrol etmek. Üretim süreçlerini izlemek, ölçüm verilerini ve duruşları GQS sistemine doğru şekilde kaydetmek. Çalışmalarını operasyon emrindeki talimatlara uygun olarak yapmak ve ilgili formları doldurarak uygunsuzluğu amirine bildirmek. Makinelerinin kontrol planına göre Operatör sorumluluğundaki düzenli bakımını yapmak ve temizlik işlemlerini gerçekleştirerek bir sonraki vardiyaya presi ve üretim alanını hazır hale getirmek. Çalıştığı tezgâhın günlük haftalık ve periyodik bakımını yapmak. Required Skills and Education Lise veya ön lisans mezunu (Tercihen meslek ve teknik bölümlerden mezun), Tercihen üretimde en az 1 yıl deneyimli, Takım çalışmasına yatkın, kurallara uyum sağlayabilen, Vardiyalı sistemde çalışabilecek, Tecrübeli veya yetiştirilmek üzere, Üretim konusunda gelişmeye ve öğrenmeye açık, Uzun vadeli çalışmayı düşünen, Erkek adaylar için askerlikle ilişiği bulunmayan.
