REMOTEPRODUCT
Job Overview Lexia is looking for a Product Manager who can successfully identify and launch product features for the organization’s educator solutions. As a valuable contributor to the Educator Solutions’ Product Management team, the Product Manager is responsible for understanding the needs of customers and translating those needs into value-add enhancements and features that align with the overall strategic goals for the products and the business. Core Responsibilities Serve as a business-focused Product Manager for Lexia’s professional learning products and educator platform and be a day-to-day product representative for the go-to market teams and other internal teams. Inform and support the execution of product roadmaps that exemplify strategic objectives and prioritize features that align with customer needs. Support efforts that align the roadmap with the strategic and financial goals for the business. Document business requirements for new features and product enhancements. Develop a solid understanding of customer experience, user needs, and product gaps through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Analyze customer requests, industry and market trends, and product data and regularly engage with current and prospective customers to help define the vision and strategy of the products–and translate that information into product development opportunities. Manage release enablement by building awareness about product releases and features across the organization. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure that product messaging is clear and consistent and aligns to broader organizational branding and messaging. Collaborate with stakeholders in Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, UX/UI, Technical Product Management, and other departments to inform roadmap decisions and development processes. Help coordinate the iterative process around feature design, development, and delivery. Work closely with the Technical Product Management team to ensure final feature and product scope aligns with business requirements and objectives. Requirements At least three years of experience working in product management for SaaS products, preferably in the educational technology market. Proven ability to identify and write business requirements for product features and enhancements. Ability to manage products and features throughout their life cycle, including the skills to balance customer needs with defined business objectives. Excellent collaboration skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in a matrix organization. Proven ability to develop and communicate product stories that elevate the value of the roadmaps and features to a variety of internal and external audiences. Solid understanding of product management and product development workflows. Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple, critical projects. Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree required, or equivalent experience. To learn more about our organization and the exciting work we do, visit https://www.lexialearning.com/.
