With Defined Contribution as the primary focus, this role will translate business objectives into integrated marketing programs that engage institutional and intermediary audiences, elevate Invesco’s capabilities, and support business growth. The Segment Marketer will also execute defined tactical priorities for the CollegeBound 529 business, gaining broader exposure within the retirement and education savings markets. As part of the Defined Contribution Segment Marketing team and working under the direction of the Defined Contribution Segment Marketing Manager, the Segment Marketer will collaborate with marketing specialist teams and sales partners to activate client-focused programs that connect timely insights and thought leadership with Invesco’s DC investment capabilities. These efforts will span digital, email, events, and paid, earned, and owned media, creating relevant experiences that build awareness, deepen engagement, and strengthen preference across U.S. defined contribution target audiences. The role offers meaningful ownership of execution and exposure to strategic planning, with opportunities to activate differentiated content and tools across campaigns and client journeys, help monitor marketing analytics, and continuously improve marketing outcomes. Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Public Relations, Creative Services, Editorial, Digital, Social Media, Events, Product, and other partners to develop and distribute marketing content across channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment, efficient execution, and effective delivery. Develop sales enablement tools in collaboration with subject matter experts, translating insights and capabilities into relevant, actionable resources. Support conference sponsorships and booth activations that deliver premium, interactive, and brand-aligned client experiences, encourage meaningful engagement, and reinforce strategic Defined Contribution messaging. Support the execution and activation of proprietary Defined Contribution research to strengthen thought leadership and elevate Invesco’s brand. Partner with the Insights and Analytics team to monitor and report on key performance indicators, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, sales-tool utilization, and fulfillment of Defined Contribution and CollegeBound 529 priorities. Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal standards governing the promotion of investment products. Maintain a working knowledge of the competitive landscape and evolving needs of Defined Contribution client segments to inform marketing decisions. Support ad hoc marketing initiatives as needed in response to evolving business priorities. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2–5 years of financial services marketing experience.
