About the role
As a GTM generalist, you’ll help Eragon find and serve the right customers. You’ll move between customer conversations, positioning, sales execution, and deployment lifecycles—helping translate a technical product into clear customer value.
What you’ll do
Talk with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and workflows.
Develop clear messaging, use cases, and materials that explain Eragon’s value.
Support sales from initial discovery through evaluation and close.
Run practical GTM experiments and learn from the results.
Build customer stories and feedback loops that inform both product and go-to-market strategy.
Identify promising partnership and ecosystem opportunities.
What we’re looking for
Experience taking a B2B technology product to market, or a strong record of learning quickly in a customer-facing role.
Clear, compelling writing and strong communication with both technical and business audiences.
Comfort working across strategy and hands-on execution.
Good judgment, curiosity, and a bias toward testing ideas with customers.
Experience in enterprise AI, SaaS, sales, product marketing, or business development is a plus.
