About the Role
Our Solutions team owns the full arc of a client relationship—operating across pre-sales pitching, project scoping, research operations, AI product builds, and productization feedback loops. In this senior role, you will lead these efforts, partnering directly with sales teams to translate complex, ambiguous client challenges into structured, deliverable programs of work, providing technical, domain credibility, and strategic leadership from initial pitch conversations through final delivery.
As a Senior Growth Operative in an AI-first organization, you will oversee end-to-end AI product delivery and mentor cross-functional teams, shepherding solutions such as custom agents, synthetic populations, and client-specific portals from kickoff through benchmark quality assurance. By bridging research execution with platform innovation, you will ensure client success, drive strategic growth, and surface recurring enterprise use cases to standardize across our core product organization.
What you'll do:
- Lead Pre-Sales Growth: Partner with sales on enterprise pitches, field RFI/RFP responses, set up custom workspaces, and host office hours to drive strategic expansion opportunities.
- Scope Strategic Programs: Translate ambiguous client problems into structured programs of work, recommending strategic use cases, delivery models, and long-horizon roadmaps while guiding junior team members.
- Direct Research Operations: Manage qualitative research end to end at a senior level, including respondent sourcing, data collection, rate negotiations, panel engagement, and multi-market localization.
- Architect AI Builds: Design and QA standard and custom AI builds—including agents, populations, workflows, and bespoke portals—to maintain benchmark output quality across the team.
- Drive Project Execution: Track deliverables, schedules, and dependencies in Jira while leading client workshops, managing stakeholder relationships, and running lean project operations.
- Scale Product Innovations: Enable reseller and agency partners to deliver independently while advocating for productization of high-value, recurring use cases and leading cross-functional AI initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- 5–7 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, strategy consulting, or a client-facing solutions role within fast-paced startup environments, including proven leadership or team mentorship experience.
- Technical expertise in qualitative research frameworks, data collection methodologies, and respondent panel management.
- Strong AI/LLM product fluency with the proven ability to evaluate prompt and workflow outputs, benchmark quality, and identify weak responses at scale.
- Operational proficiency tracking dependencies and managing multiple multi-stage client engagements and team workflows simultaneously using Jira.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the executive presence and confidence to advise senior enterprise stakeholders and lead internal teams.
