Catalyst at Ambition
We're looking for a high agency teammate who wants to single-handedly take responsibility for organizing Catalysts across the world. You’ll own it end to end, with the whole team behind you. Someone who loves seeing other people succeed, and who loves travel. You really enjoy meeting people and making new connections everywhere you go, and you already have a rich network of people across the world, in different cities.
What is Catalyst
Catalyst is a short-duration, high-intensity program that we run that brings people together consistently on a recurring basis with the goal of realizing ambitious outcomes. We rent venues to run the program out of, we provide food to the participants, and we bring these people together either around a theme or around their own personal ambitions. Then we build the tooling to help these people's ambitions succeed as much as possible.
What you'll do
The operations involve finding venues, finding people, and marketing. It's a lot of work to pull this off consistently, and we want to do quite a few Catalysts over the next two to three months. That means a lot of orchestrating, a lot of handoffs, and partnering with other organizations to make it possible. You'll also coordinate media production and take Ambition's brand to the next level.
The question at the heart of this role: how do you create an environment that feels athletic? Where people feel like they can succeed, want to push themselves more, and want to enable ambitious outcomes?
Bonus points if you're passionate about deep tech.
