Full-Time Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
Job description:
KONA BREWING BREWPUB FRONT OF THE HOUSE LEADERSHIP WANTED
We’re not just looking for a manager. We’re looking for the spark, the culture-driver, the person who lifts the room the second they walk in.
This role is built for someone who lives hospitality — not as a task, but as a rhythm; someone who builds people up, leads with intention; and knows how to keep the Aloha strong in a fast moving brewpub.
We are looking for part and full-time FOH managers.
What You’ll Lead:
- A Front of House team driven by connection, energy, and pride
- A brewpub with deep roots and loyal fans
- A culture grounded in Aloha, accountability, and good vibes
- A dynamic, high volume environment where every day hits different
Who You Are:
- High energy, positive, magnetic
- Loves building culture more than building schedules
- Thrives under pressure
- Brings out the best in people
- Guest obsessed and solution driven
- At home in a brewpub where hospitality meets hustle
What Makes This Role Special?
This isn’t a “keep the lights on” job. It’s a leadership seat inside one of Hawaii's most iconic brands — where food, beer, culture, and community meet. You’ll help shape experiences, elevate the vibe, and build something worth being proud of.
If You’re the One, You Already Know It...
If your heart picked up reading this,
If you felt that internal “put me in” energy,
If you believe culture is built by people, not posters.
Then we want to meet you.
Apply. Show us who you are. Let’s build something legendary ... pint by pint, shift by shift.
