About the role
- The Affiliate Executive is the operational backbone of the Affiliates team at Paradise Media. You keep deals, links, invoices and partner requests moving between our internal teams (Content, SEO, Tech and Finance) and the affiliate managers of our operator partners. Most of your day is spent making sure that what was agreed with a partner actually happens: the link goes live, the fee is invoiced, the renewal is not missed and every open question has an owner. This is an entry-level role for someone with first iGaming experience who wants to build a career in affiliation and learn from the inside how deals are negotiated, tracked and monetised.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact between operator affiliate managers and our internal Content, SEO, BI and Finance teams
- Coordinate deal execution: collect tracking links, bonus codes, creatives and T&Cs from partners, hand them over to Content in the required format and confirm go-live
- Handle inbound partner requests via email, Teams and Telegram, triage them and route them to the right owner with a clear deadline
- Support the onboarding of new partners: NDAs and IOs, account set-up, API or postback checks with Voonix
- Organise partner calls and conference schedules (SBC, SiGMA), prepare agendas, take notes and follow up on action points
- Assist the team with ad-hoc research such as competitor lineups, new brands and market entries
Requirements:
- Ideally 6 to 12 months of experience in iGaming, on the operator, affiliate, agency or network side, ideally with first exposure to affiliate marketing
- A genuine interest in building a career in affiliation and in understanding how operators, affiliates and traffic fit together
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
- Highly organised and reliable with deadlines, comfortable juggling many small tasks across many partners at once
- A clear and friendly communicator who is at ease dealing with external partners and internal teams alike
- Confident with Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with affiliate platforms (Voonix, Income Access, MyAffiliates, Cellxpert) is a plus
- Numerate and attentive to detail, able to read performance reports and notice when figures do not add up
