    • Maintain consistent communication regarding project progress, risks, and financial status.
    • Build and sustain strong relationships with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
    • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Represent RNGD in project meetings and external communications.

  • Risk Management and Compliance
    • Identify and mitigate project risks related to budget, schedule, safety, and quality.
    • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.
    • Partner with Safety and Quality teams to maintain adherence to company standards.
    • Review and manage subcontract agreements and ensure scope clarity.
    • Maintain organized and complete project documentation.

    • Provide clear direction to Project Engineers and support their development.
    • Foster accountability and communication across project teams.
    • Support a collaborative environment between field and office operations.
    • Escalate major project risks or financial concerns to senior leadership when appropriate.

  • Project Closeout
    • Ensure timely completion of punch list and turnover documentation.
    • Oversee collection of warranties, as-builts, and required closeout materials.
    • Confirm financial reconciliation and project margin accuracy at closeout.
