    • Identify missing, inconsistent, duplicate, or unreliable data and coordinate appropriate review and correction.
    • Maintain organized documentation for reports, semantic models, queries, automated workflows, and recurring analytical processes while following established data-access, confidentiality, security, and governance requirements.

  • Process Automation and Business Systems Support

    • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve workflow consistency, and strengthen the reliability of recurring business processes.
    • Troubleshoot automation failures and coordinate resolution with system owners or technical partners when needed.
    • Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence-enabled analytics and automation capabilities where they provide practical business value.
    • Document automated processes, dependencies, ownership, user requirements, and support procedures.

  • Stakeholder Partnership, Adoption, and Continuous Improvement
    • Partner with stakeholders across business functions to understand operational needs and translate them into practical analytics and automation solutions.
    • Communicate findings, report logic, assumptions, data limitations, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Develop user guides, reference materials, and other resources that help employees understand and use analytics products effectively.
    • Lead training and provide ongoing support to strengthen user adoption and confidence.
    • Manage multiple requests, priorities, dependencies, and timelines while communicating progress and challenges appropriately.
