Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a strong, engaged, and customer-focused team. Ensure operational excellence, including merchandising standards, inventory management, and an exceptional showroom presentation. Partner with leadership to execute business strategies, strengthen store performance, and drive continued growth. Operations: Proven retail leader with a track record of driving sales and developing strong teams. Hands-on leader who takes ownership of the store and leads from the showroom floor. Operationally focused and organized, with a strong eye for standards, priorities, and execution. Results-driven and motivated by coaching teams, solving problems, and driving performance. Retail sales leadership experience required; luxury retail or home furnishings experience is a plus.
