Job Title: Machine Operator II Job Description: The Role: 此職位的主要任務是負責靜電吸盤維修(E-chuck)與鍍膜服務(coating)，工作內容包含相關的維修流程外也需要與其他操作員/技術員配合協作，並在規定的交付時間內完成客戶訂單。日常工作內容會依實際狀況進行調整，應徵者必須能夠接受工作內容彈性的調整。此外，部門的工作沒有常態性的加班需求, 但若有加班要求發生時，則人員需要能配合加班。除了生產線的工作外，也需輪流進行一般點檢事項，例如一般安全巡檢紀錄填寫，環境溫濕度的確認、環境維護6S、來料品質確認。因應業務增長此次需求人數為日班(08:00-17:00)2人, 中班(15:30-00:30) 2人。 In this role you will: 負責產品相關的除汙與清洗、來料檢驗、鍍膜、產品貼合、封膠、塗佈、組裝、平坦度測量、終檢確認、產品包裝、出貨文件確認。此職位需要對產品品質具有高標且具有責任感。對工作負有高度熱情且願意分享工作經驗，並持續地改善工作效率。 Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 學歷: 高中以上畢業，科系不拘，機械工程/化工/電子/電機/材料相關背景尤佳。工作經歷: 無經驗可，產業不拘，有工作產業機械/半導體/化工產業尤佳。工作技能: 對手工操作技術有基本理解與信心，態度積極主動與人溝通能力佳。語言能力: 國/台，會簡單英語讀或寫(尤佳)。其他: 因ESC非自動化產線，應徵者對於動手操作與組裝工作內容具有一定認識或經驗。 Your success will be measured by: 願意聆聽他人意見並向其他人學習。以堅守誠信原則和遵守道德規範的方式在工作上實現最佳成果。善用資源與工具精進成果。可以快速從錯誤中學習到經驗，並且願意分享個人經驗回饋他人。努力在自己的崗位上力求追求卓越，對自己的工作內容感到自豪。 At Entegris, we want you to be part of our culture, which values your unique talents, skills, and experiences.
