📍 Position Details
🏡 Location: Cedar Bluff / Tazewell, VA
👦 Client: 7-Year-Old Boy
💼 Setting: In-Home ABA Services, with potential school-based hours
🕒 Hours: Up to 25 hours per week
📅 Current Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
✨ Additional Hours: Potential school-based sessions on other weekdays
📆 Flexibility: Scheduling adjustments may be available.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous ABA therapy experience required

Experience working with children
-
RBT certification preferred, but not required

Patient, dependable, compassionate, and professional

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain a consistent schedule

Long-term availability and commitment strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

Implement treatment plans and evidence-based behavioral interventions

Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development

Collect accurate session data and maintain required documentation

Collaborate with the BCBA and family to promote consistent treatment implementation
