About the Role
Own prelaunch growth for an early-stage consumer AI hardware startup building a private way to interact with computers. You will work closely with the founder and a small founding team, growing the waitlist and shaping how people first understand the product.
What You'll Do
Build and grow the prelaunch waitlist, the role's primary success measure.
Create and distribute social content, starting with Instagram and LinkedIn, and test other promising channels.
Develop messaging that communicates the value of private interaction with computers before the product is publicly available.
Run quick growth experiments with a small paid budget, track signups, and invest in what converts.
Own campaign planning, distribution, and the insights gathered from each effort.
Plan and execute audience-building events when useful.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years in growth or marketing roles at early-stage startups, building audiences or waitlists.
Experience growing an audience or waitlist from zero.
Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram and LinkedIn, with an understanding of how social platforms distribute content.
Experience managing paid acquisition budgets and running fast experiments to find effective signup channels.
Comfort working independently in a small founding team and building from the ground up.
Event planning and execution experience is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $60,000 to $70,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
