About the Role
Lead product design for a growing B2B AI communications software company, balancing hands-on product work with team leadership. You will partner closely with product and engineering, shape the experience across multiple product areas, and set a consistent standard across the product, website, and brand.
What You'll Do
Own design across product, brand, and the design team, remaining hands-on in day-to-day work.
Design and prototype product experiences, conduct customer interviews, and use insights to guide iteration.
Partner with product and engineering on three product areas, supporting fast decisions and frequent releases.
Lead designers working across the website, branding, and product design.
Build a strong understanding of customer needs through regular conversations with business users.
Set and maintain design standards and scale design systems across product areas.
Use analytics and modern AI tools to improve design decisions and speed up workflows.
What We're Looking For
At least five years of end-to-end product design experience, with ownership across multiple product areas.
Strong hands-on skills in Figma, prototyping, and user interviews.
Design-team leadership experience, or demonstrated readiness to take on team responsibility while staying hands-on.
Experience building and scaling design systems, with ownership spanning brand, website, and product design.
An analytics-driven approach to measuring and iterating on design decisions.
Experience using modern AI tools such as Cursor, v0, or Claude to accelerate design work.
Native-level German and good professional English.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €80,000 to €150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
