Atividades principais Responsável pela garantia da qualidade, consistência e integridade dos dados, por meio de validações de negócio, análise de divergências e investigação de inconsistências. Atuará no esclarecimento de dúvidas de clientes, no acompanhamento de correções junto às áreas internas e externas e na identificação de causas-raiz, contribuindo para a implementação de melhorias contínuas e a otimização dos processos. Será responsável também por assegurar o cumprimento dos SLAs estabelecidos para atendimento e resolução de chamados (cases). Requisitos * Perfil analítico, proatividade, pensamento crítico e capacidade de investigação e resolução de problemas. * Domínio de Microsoft Excel. * Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. * Organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com a qualidade das entregas. * Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo híbrido, em São Paulo – Capital, com 3 dias presenciais e 2 dias de trabalho remoto por semana.
