Work Flexibility: Hybrid El/la Representante de Atención al Cliente será responsable de gestionar consultas y pedidos de clientes, ofrecer soporte durante todo el proceso de compra y entrega, y garantizar un alto nivel de satisfacción. El puesto requiere una estrecha colaboración con los distintos departamentos internos para resolver incidencias de manera eficaz, mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes y contribuir a los objetivos del negocio. RESPONSABILIDADES: Tramitación de pedidos cliente Organización de las devoluciones y recogidas, Gestión de correos electrónicos , casos y llamadas entrantes Comunicación proactiva con clientes internos y externos Investigación y resolución de conflictos relacionados con facturas Registro y seguimiento de la resolución de problemas y la comunicación correspondiente al cliente Capacidad de liderar relación con clientes bajo su responsabilidad con minima supervisión Prioriza eficazmente las tareas dentro de su área de responsabilidad Investigación y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con los casos, pedidos y demás servicios facilitados al cliente EXPERIENCIA: 3 años en funciones de servico al cliente, gestión de pedidos, areas administrativas o centro de contacto en mercado Portugués Imprescindible nivel alto de portugués y español (nativo o C1 ambos). Nivel de inglés mínimo B2. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
