Machine Operator - We Pay for High Performers!
Pay: $28-$33 (base $25-$30, plus up to $3/hr. bonus every pay period when production goals are hit) Realistic Production Goals!
Schedule: 8 hour and 12 hour shift options
8-Hour shifts (Mon-Fri) Rotating (with opportunity to lock in straight shift)
12-Hour 2-2-3 Rotating Every 2 weeks from days to nights

What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and run fast-moving paper machines (Perini, Bretting, United — or similar).
- Monitor quality, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues before they become problems
- Load rolls, thread paper, change blades and parts as needed.
- Operate wrappers, folders, packers — keep the whole line moving.
- Perform light maintenance and keep your area clean.
- Help train new team members and share your knowledge.
- Work safely and follow all policies.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3+ years running large converting or rewinding equipment (paper industry preferred) .
✔ Sharp eye for quality - you catch problems early and fix them fast.
✔ Comfortable reading specs and holding product to target.
✔ You like hitting goals and keeping production moving.
✔ Reliable, on time and solid team member
