Fireclay Partners is building a technology-native investment bank. Directors lead client relationships, transaction strategy, team development, and business generation while institutionalizing a modern operating discipline across the firm.
What You Will Do
- Lead M&A engagements from positioning and preparation through negotiation and closing.
- Own senior client communication, judgment-intensive decisions, and the quality of all major deliverables.
- Develop new relationships and convert market insight into differentiated advisory opportunities.
- Build and lead technology-native teams that use AI, automation, structured data, and proprietary technology responsibly.
- Ensure that important sector, company, and transaction knowledge is captured, structured, and reusable rather than remaining trapped in individual inboxes or files.
- Coach VPs, Associates, and Analysts to pair sound banking judgment with better systems and workflows.
