Caring Senior Service is now hiring experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to deliver personalized, non-medical care to seniors in San Benito, Los Fresnos, and nearby communities.
We are seeking caring, dependable individuals with at least one year of professional or personal caregiving experience. We offer flexible scheduling opportunities, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and PRN shifts.

What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA, your responsibilities may include:
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Helping with walking, mobility, repositioning, and transfers
- Providing toileting assistance and incontinence care
- Preparing meals and helping clients with eating
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Helping with errands, transportation, and appointments
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Supporting each client's dignity, privacy, and independence
- Maintaining professional communication with clients, families, and office staff
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of one year of caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Caring, responsible, and professional attitude
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred but not required
- Previous experience with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus
Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice care, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or private-duty caregiving is especially beneficial for this position.
