Responsibilities:
Support business units by advising on the use of IT and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Refine and complete requirement documentation based on initial input from Business Analysts.
Conduct system and gap analysis, ensure clarity and consistency of IT specifications.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, solution/technical architects, and testers to ensure solution quality.
Select appropriate methods for representing business and system requirements.
Investigate and help resolve defects, escalating unresolved issues where needed.
Contribute to solution component documentation and manage change requests.
Ensure readiness of functional solutions for implementation and deployment.
Evaluate the stability and priority of requirements and propose alternative solutions where applicable.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of system analysis outcomes.
Support external team members or vendors participating in analysis tasks.
Requirements:
More than 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or IT Project Manager, with strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and IT-specific gap and impact analysis.
Solid understanding of the solution development lifecycle, including Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience working with cross-functional teams consisting of business analysts, developers, architects, and testers.
Hands-on experience with documentation and Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, UML, and BPMN, along with a good understanding of databases, data flows, application systems, integrations, and interfaces.
Ability to define and maintain quality standards for IT requirements, support functional test definition, and ensure alignment between business and technical solutions.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with knowledge of test design and concept development, third-party analyst coordination, and familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT security standards considered an advantage.
