Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and needs
- Provide one-on-one and/or small group training sessions with a high level of professionalism and energy
- Monitor client progress, track results, and adjust programs accordingly
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients to ensure retention and success
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a safe and clean training environment at all times
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability, especially during early morning training sessions
- Uphold company standards for service quality, professionalism, and client care
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of personal training or fitness coaching experience (required)
- Current nationally recognized personal training certification (must be active)
- CPR/AED certification (required and must be current)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping others succeed in their fitness journey
- Ability to commit to early morning shifts
