Your tasks and responsibilities
- Customer Communication Management: You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in Portuguese), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp
- Booking Management: You manage bookings efficiently and proactively, ensuring that the whole process runs smoothly and flawlessly
- Account Management: You handle the contact with our existing partners (camp organizers & language schools) and help build & maintain strong relationships (creating & updating programmes, adding new trips, maintaining availabilities)
- Product Management: You create and maintain camp content on our platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ & others)
- Digital Marketing Management: You work on our main online marketing channels (SEO, GEO, social media & newsletters) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools.
Your profile
- You like working with an ambitious team
- You are customer-oriented and communicate clearly and empathetically via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- You are well-organized and able to manage several processes at the same time (bookings, partner communication, content creation)
- You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details and a perfect grammar
- You are fluent in Portuguese and English
- Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian) is a plus
- You are interested in developing your career in a dynamic, intercultural environment
- The internship is mandatory part of your university program and lasts at least 3 months
- Bonus: You attended a summer camp - as a participant or as a camp counselor
