Your tasks and responsibilities
- Customer Communication Management: You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in Dutch & English), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp
- Partner Relations Management: You handle the contact with our existing partners (camp organizers & language schools) and help build & maintain strong relationships (creating & updating programmes, adding new trips, maintaining availabilities)
- Sales and Acquisition Management: You identify and acquire new Dutch summer camp organizers, broaden our overall partner network and maintain our database. You also identify and acquire external sales partners.
- Product Management: You create and maintain camp content on our platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ, select fitting images to visually promote our camps)
- Digital Marketing Management: You work on our main online marketing channels (SEO, GEO & social media) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools.
Your profile
- You like working with an ambitious team
- You are motivated and want to generate awareness for our product and brand
- You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details
- You are able to write creatively, originally and to the point
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You want to develop a career in an intercultural environment
- Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) is a plus
- The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/ university program
- The internship duration is minimum 5 months
- Bonus: You attended a holiday camp - as a participant or as a counselor
