As a Product Sales Engineer, you support the Sales and Product Management colleagues in complex solution selling by providing in-depth technical expertise. You develop a relationship with the engineering department of the customer, as well as internally, to discuss and analyze possible solutions for your customer.
Your main job responsibilities
You review technical and product related requirements, T&Cs/SOW, as well as quotation preparation and review.
You give technical support to Sales and Product Management for all Defense & Security and Air Traffic Control product lines.
You are the first line support towards customers for technical integration issues.
You support technical demonstrations and presentations to customers.
You manage the demonstrator unit pool for exhibitions and customer visits.
You support of obsolescence management and Product Lifecycle Management.
You report to the Product Manager.
Profile:
You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in the field of engineering
You have a strong technical skill set in similar industry or technology
You’re fluent in English
You have good technical problem solving skills
You have a commercial mindset
An interest or experience in Defense/Security & Air Traffic Control is a plus
